Have You Been to a Frustrating Property Website?
There is nothing more annoying than going to Property Websites and having the site not work properly. If you are a broker or an agent you will lose every sale where someone clicks on a search and the search is either too slow or times out.
When I want to look at property I like to start at a price point and see what is available for me in the area I am looking for. If the site doesn’t keep up with me I leave and do not put it in my favorites. Likewise if a site works well I do put it in my favorites and visit often. Everyone dreams of living somewhere else!
In order to have a successful site it has to work. You need an expert in website building. Property has such a varied amount of listings, prices and locations that if you don’t have an easy to use website customers will not stay.
